Jasper is a great dog; he was found wandering down a road obviously lost and malnourished. He is very friendly and loves to be with his people. Jasper is currently living with a foster and is being spoiled with much needed attention and love. Jasper is currently Heartworm positive and has started receiving treatment. He will also be microchipped and neutered after his treatment is complete. Jasper is well on his way to a happier and healthier life and is looking for a new forever home.
