Zimba was a surrender who had been struck by a car. He had a fractured leg and internal injuries that were life threatening. Due to his age and good health he survived the significant surgeries and has flourished in foster care. Zimba was/is a livestock guardian who has acclimated to living indoors and loves both. He is fully vetted, microchipped, and neutered. Zimba tested negative for heart worm but positive for Lyme disease and received treatment. He will have his leg reevaluated for healing first week of June. Zimba is a fantastic and thankful boy who is looking for a new home.
